What is cupping and what does it do?

Cupping is a technique that uses suction to lift and decompress tissue. It can help improve circulation, release tension, and support recovery. It’s often helpful for tight muscles, chronic pain, and post-workout soreness. Temporary marks can appear after treatment and usually fade within a few days.
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle technique that supports the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. It can help reduce swelling, calm inflammation, and support recovery. This work is often beneficial after surgery, during injury rehabilitation, or for those experiencing fluid retention.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

For mobile and in-home sessions, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue an appointment at my discretion. My personal safety is a priority, and new mobile clients may be asked to provide contact information before booking

Not specifically — I don’t work in the traditional Swedish style. If you’re looking for a lighter, more relaxing pressure, that’s absolutely something I offer; I use gentle techniques tailored to what your body needs. Let me know the kind of experience you’re after and I’ll customize accordingly.

Yes, prenatal massage is available on request. For first-trimester sessions, I ask that you have clearance from your healthcare provider. Please let me know you’re expecting when you book so I can prepare the right setup and tailor the massage to your comfort and safety. If I’m not the right fit for your needs, I’m happy to help connect you with a trusted therapist who is.
Yes. Couples massage is available as a mobile service, where two people are massaged at the same time in the comfort of your own space. This requires a second therapist, so advance notice is needed to arrange your booking. The more lead time you can give, the better, as therapist availability can be limited.
